The Post Apocalyptic Fitness Plan

Lets face it: If you ain't fit after the Apocalypse, you ain't gonna last long. Thats where the Post Apocalyptic Workout will help.



Physical Goals (detailed here)

1. Increase endurance/running ability.
2. Increase/build base of strength.
3. Increase sprints/biking.

SKILL GOALS:

1. Basic First Aid/CPR (Infant, Child, Adult)
2. Veterinary First Aid
